We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will support hiring efforts across CDL and non-CDL transportation positions, along with professional and technical roles nationwide.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building relationships, sourcing talent, and managing the recruiting process from initial outreach through placement. Experience with transportation recruiting is preferred, but we are also open to recruiters with strong staffing or high-volume recruiting backgrounds who are eager to learn.
Responsibilities
Recruit for CDL, non-CDL, professional, and technical positions across multiple locations
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and internal systems
Review resumes and screen candidates to match skills and experience with client needs
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings
Manage recruiting activity and documentation within the ATS/VMS systems
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and priorities
Present opportunities to candidates in a professional and engaging manner
Assist with offer coordination, onboarding, and placement follow-up
Utilize recruiting tools and technology to support efficient hiring processes
Qualifications
Recruiting experience preferred, ideally within staffing, transportation, logistics, professional, or technical recruiting
CDL and non-CDL recruiting experience is a plus
Experience with Tenstreet is a plus
Comfortable working in ATS and/or VMS environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple openings simultaneously
Organized, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable sourcing candidates through online platforms and social media
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
