What You'll Do
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for direct hire, executive search, and professional placements.
  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop customized recruiting strategies.
  • Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate top talent across a variety of industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, reference checks, and employment verifications.
  • Present qualified candidates and guide them through the interview and offer process.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process from initial contact through successful placement.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and client outreach.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay informed on hiring trends and labor market conditions throughout Western New York.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of agency recruiting experience, preferably in direct hire or executive search.
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting and building client relationships.
  • Business development experience or the desire to grow existing accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches while delivering an outstanding candidate and client experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for professional, technical, manufacturing, accounting, engineering, executive, or skilled trades positions.
 Starting Salary, $50, 000 with uncapped commissions.
