Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced and driven Recruiter to join a client in Wilson, NC. This is a fully on-site role for someone who is passionate about building strong teams and representing an organization within the community. You will partner closely with hiring managers to supportcompany-wide hiring needs and help attract top talent. This position plays a key role in shaping the candidate experience and strengthening the company's presence with local communities and educational institutions. Light travel to career fairs and company locations will be requited however this position does come with a company car.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new hires
  • Conduct 30/60/90-day follow-ups to support successful employee integration
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting within the HRIS system
  • Represent the company at community events, job fairs, and educational institutions
  • Promote the organization's mission, values, and culture throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and onboarding best practices
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
