Description: The is an exciting direct hire opportunity with an established company! This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategies. Additional responsibilities include managing onboarding activities, coordinating pre-employment processes, and helping support a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the organization.
-Requirements:
-Must have 2+ years of recruiting experience.
-Must have used an ATS, posted on job boards, phone screened candidates, and assisted with onboarding prior.
-Experience recruiting for blue collar positions strongly preferred.
