We are looking for a driven, people-oriented, and proactive Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. In this role, you will be the face of our company to prospective talent, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates who align with our culture and business goals. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, a savvy judge of character, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced hiring landscape.

Core Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management

  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and social media.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Engage with local universities, professional associations, and industry events to boost employer brand awareness.

2. Candidate Screening & Interviewing

  • Review resumes, portfolios, and applications to identify the best-fit candidates.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural alignment.

  • Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers across various departments.

3. Applicant Tracking & Data Management

  • Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer acceptance rates.

  • Ensure a compliant, well-documented hiring process in line with labor laws and company policies.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Consultation

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft job descriptions, and understand team dynamics.

  • Provide regular, data-driven updates to leadership regarding hiring progress and market trends.

  • Advise hiring teams on best practices for interviewing and unbiased candidate evaluation.

5. Offer Management & Onboarding Prep

  • Manage the offer negotiation process, including preparing offer letters and conducting reference checks.

  • Deliver a stellar candidate experience from the first point of contact through to the final decision.

  • Seamlessly hand off selected candidates to the HR operations team for onboarding and integration.

6. Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Consult directly with clients to analyze their hiring needs, organizational culture, and technical requirements.

  • Present shortlists of vetted, high-quality candidates to clients with detailed summaries of their strengths and alignment.

  • Facilitate client-candidate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the feedback loop to refine the talent search strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3+ years of experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency), talent acquisition specialist, or a similar HR role.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, and standard office software (Google Workspace or MS Office).

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company authentically.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing the quality of the candidate experience.

  • Discretion: Strict adherence to confidentiality regarding candidate personal data, salary expectations, and internal organizational restructuring.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent practical experience).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Time-to-Fill / Time-to-Hire: Meeting target timelines for successfully placing qualified candidates into open roles.

  • Candidate Experience: Maintaining high satisfaction ratings from candidates throughout the interview lifecycle, regardless of the hiring outcome.

  • Quality of Hire: Tracking retention rates and performance evaluations of new hires during their first 90 days.
