Youngstown, OH — We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Recruiter to help source, screen, and support hiring for our clients. This role is focused on building strong candidate relationships while helping teams review applications day to day.

You’ll work with Client Success Specialists and Branch Managers to understand open roles, find qualified candidates, and guide people through the hiring process. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and great customer service, this could be the right fit for you.

Hours
1st Shift
Monday - Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
On-site

Pay
$50,000/year plus weekly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Know job specifications, job candidates, and job requirements for multiple positions
• Source resumes using job boards, social media, and website career pages
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews with potential candidates daily
• Ensure proper documentation of the entire hiring process is maintained
• Assist candidates with online and in-office onboarding
• Update and store required information in the ATS system
• Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with candidates and clients

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Work experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service required
• Ability to evaluate candidates via resume review and phone screens
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail
• Quick decision-making and time management abilities
• Phenomenal customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines and weekly targets
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
