Our corporate office is based in Dallas, TX, and we are actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Recruiting Account Manager & Sourcing Specialist to join our Flower Mound team.

Requirements:
• Must be Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or light industrial positions strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and phone skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
• Experience using online sourcing platforms and recruiting tools preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Source qualified candidates through online recruiting platforms and additional sourcing channels
• Conduct phone screens and pre-screen interviews
• Schedule qualified candidates for in-person interviews
• Assist walk-in applicants with applications and onboarding support
• Maintain and update active candidate prospect lists and pipelines
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract and retain talent
• Support job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives
• Partner with clients to support staffing needs with qualified placements
• Manage recruiting activity in a fast-paced staffing environment
