About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and organized Recruiting Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This position plays an important role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. This is an entry level position needing 1-2+ years of recruiting experience. The Recruiting Administrator will manage recruiting activities from job description development and candidate sourcing through interviewing, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding. The position also supports key HR administrative functions, including employee travel and company fleet administration. What You'll Do- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate selection support, and onboarding.
- Partner with department leaders to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Source qualified candidates using applicant tracking systems, databases, social media, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and overall alignment with the position and organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain consistent communication.
- Coordinate interviews, distribute calendars, and collect hiring-manager feedback.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and status information within Paycor Recruiting or a similar ATS
- Manage open job postings across the company website and external recruiting platforms.
- Track open requisitions and filled positions and prepare monthly recruiting metrics and reports.
- Coordinate pre-employment and new-hire requirements, including background checks, drug screens, Form I-9, and E-Verify
- Conduct and manage new-hire orientation and ensure required onboarding documentation is completed.
- Maintain new-hire and termination information within applicable company systems.
- Support HR documentation, recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
- Support company fleet operations, including vehicle assignments, fuel cards, maintenance coordination, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to fleet usage and travel expenses.
