Salary Range: $45000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and general office organization.
Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries from clients and prospective employees.
Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Support the team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Help foster a welcoming and productive office environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous administrative, recruiting, or HR experience a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
