What Youll Do (Day to Day Job Duties)
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership teams.
- Maintain recruiting workflows, candidate records, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up correspondence
- Assist with candidate screening and recruitment coordination activities
- Support onboarding activities including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and employment documentation
- Ensure recruiting and HR Records remain accurate, organized, and compliant
- Assist with job posting management across job boards and recruiting platforms
- Monitor recruiting inboxes and ensure timely responses to applicants and external recruiters
- Coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and onboarding requirements
- Support HR administrative functions and special projects as assigned
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and candidate information

- Improve recruiting coordination efficiency and communication flow between departments
- Support hiring initiatives by ensuring timely scheduling and administrative follow-through
- Help maintain compliance with company hiring standards and documentation processes
- Contribute to continuous improvements efforts within recruiting and HR operations
- Support workforce growth initiatives in a high-performance manufacturing environment
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; 1-2 years of relevant recruiting coordination, Human Resources, or administrative experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- High attention to detail, particularly related to scheduling, data accuracy, and candidate tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, agencies, leadership, and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and navigate applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms (UKG experience preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business and hiring needs
