Role Overview
This role requires a partnership with dedicated Sourcers to cultivate sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against deadlines. The Recruiting Business Partner is responsible for talent attraction strategies and will utilize experience in setting benchmarks and metrics. The position involves working with a team of peers, including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume and high-hiring-bar environment.
Technical Skills: Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $50.00 to $50.00 per hour. Please note that this pay range is a good faith estimate that may be impacted by several factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, skill set, and experience.
