Role Overview

This role requires a partnership with dedicated Sourcers to cultivate sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against deadlines. The Recruiting Business Partner is responsible for talent attraction strategies and will utilize experience in setting benchmarks and metrics. The position involves working with a team of peers, including Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
  • Manage customer and partner expectations through an understanding of return on investment.
  • Recruit passive candidates by profiling individuals and assessing their fit and motivation.
  • Conduct, negotiate, and close complex offers in competitive markets.
  • Recommend and implement recruitment ideas and strategies that contribute to long-range company growth.
  • Develop written plans with deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking processes.
  • Screen, interview, and prepare candidate slates within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessing best practices in interviewing techniques.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a pipeline of both internal and external candidates.
  • Drive a positive candidate experience by influencing client teams to follow best practices.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume and high-hiring-bar environment.

 

Technical Skills: Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.

 

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is $50.00 to $50.00 per hour. Please note that this pay range is a good faith estimate that may be impacted by several factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, skill set, and experience.
