Description

  • Develop, manage, and grow your own portfolio of clients and candidates
  • Build long-term partnerships with organizations and deliver consultative hiring solutions
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and market mapping
  • Source, interview, assess, and prepare candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Advise clients and candidates on market trends, compensation, and hiring strategies
  • Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close recruitment assignments
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service
  • Collaborate with a driven, supportive team while working toward clear performance milestones and career progression goals

Profile

  • 2+ years of B2B sales, staffing, or full-desk recruitment experience
  • Demonstrated success in business development, account management, or closing deals
  • Track record of exceeding sales, recruitment, or revenue targets
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience utilizing tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and coachable mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
