Recruiting / HR Coordinator

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit for hourly manufacturing positions including Machine Operators, Packaging Operators, and Forklift Operators.
• Create and manage job postings and track applicant activity throughout the hiring process.
• Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews and candidate assessments.
• Conduct onboarding activities, including new hire orientation, I-9 completion, and E-Verify processing.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and HR records and data tracking.
• Coordinate onsite and offsite hiring events and job fairs.
• Manage the company store, including selling merchandise to employees, handling cash payments, maintaining inventory, and reordering products as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to support changing staffing needs and recruiting priorities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting and/or human resources experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, or hourly workforce positions preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent computer and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
