Overview:

The Recruiting Coordinator, RenewableWorks works closely with our team of RenewableWorks Recruiters in our high volume and fast-paced environment. The Recruiting Coordinator partners with the Recruiters to manage various activities, building candidate relationships, identifying proper opportunities for placement, and ensuring applicants get the best hiring experience possible.

This candidate will work with external applicants and internal teams, must be able to problem solve like a pro, shift focus at a moment's notice, be exceptionally organized, and have awesome communication skills. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages and updates applicant and associate records within our customer-relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Forms network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates, who will serve as temporary labor in construction-related roles with a primary focus on the solar industry
  • Maintains regular contact with potential candidates for specific job openings
  • Corresponds frequently with candidates on their hiring status via phone and/or email
  • Assists recruiting team in all phases of the hiring process
  • Works at Job Fairs occasionally, setting up displays and interacting with potential employees and customers
  • Handles phone traffic, schedules appointments, and maintains office email inbox traffic ensuring prompt communication
  • Assists in sending out links to job applications and onboarding paperwork - including any ordering of customer specific background checks and drug screen orders - and updating results in our tracking systems

Core Knowledge and Skills

  • Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce, and applicant tracking systems
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels of employees and internal and external
  • Multitasking; assist with multiple projects at one time and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Highest commitment to customer service, development, and satisfaction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources/Employment/Labor laws and recruiting regulations

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma, GED or international equivalent required.

Work Experience

  • 2 years' general work experience in customer service, recruiting and/or sales required.
  • 1+ year of administrative support/coordination experience required.
  • Construction/Renewable Energy knowledge and/or experience preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move 25 pounds.
  • This is a remote/virtual role; work from home.

Salary Range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.

Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
