- Maintain accurate, timely iCIMS records and deliver seamless interview scheduling experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interview teams.
- The Temporary Recruiting Coordinator provides high-quality coordination and administrative support to the Corporate Recruiting team.
- This role is primarily responsible for interview scheduling and iCIMS administration, while also supporting recruiting operations, candidate communications and team priorities as needed.
- The coordinator serves as a responsive, detail-oriented partner who helps keep hiring activity moving and creates a professional, welcoming experience at every interaction.
