Recruiting Coordinator

Our Recruiters will help you refine your goals, improve your resume and interview skills, and stay on the lookout for a position that matches your experience and ambition! 

 

Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Cambridge, MA with similar specifications to those below: 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support day-to-day operations within the recruitment and onboarding cycle 

  • Provide administrative assistance to the larger recruitment team 

  • Compile and update employee records 

  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.) 

  • Coordinate Human Resources projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) 

  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data 

  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews 

  • Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees 

  • Assist recruiters with sourcing and maintaining database accuracy 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years of experience is ideal 

  • Experience and proven success as a Human Resources Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position 

  • Technical skills including high-speed typing and strong familiarity with Microsoft Office 

  • Excellent organizational skills 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field would be a plus
