Superior employs more than 4,000 licensed EMT, Paramedics and Nurses, operating a fleet of more than 800 ambulances throughout Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Superior also provides Critical Care, helicopter, and fixed wing emergency medical transportation.The Recruiting Coordinator's primary location is out of our Warren, Michigan station. You will be responsible for the development of partnerships and sourcing for licensed team members in both Michigan and Ohio. The recruiting coordinator supports the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of various HR and recruiting activities so that the entire HR team can effectively source, screen, and hire qualified candidates. In this role, you will represent the company at career fairs and other events to increase awareness of our exciting career opportunities. Reporting to the Recruiting Outreach Lead, you will be cross‑trained in other areas within the Recruiting and HR department.As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will screen and process resumes to find qualified applicants for our open positions. You will keep contact with applicants, including providing position details and general information, as well as setting up qualified applicants with interviews. You will also search for potential candidates using our sourcing programs to help build a pool of candidates.
