Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Environment: 100% onsite

Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 / hour

About the Role:
Addison Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our client in Fort Worth, TX. This temporary role provides support to the recruiting team by helping manage day-to-day recruiting operations and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure information is up to date in the tracking system.
- Support recruiters with job postings and administrative tasks.
- Help organize recruitment events or outreach activities.
- Provide support during the onboarding process for new hires.
- Track and report basic recruiting metrics as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR support role.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and managing deadlines.
