Position Overview

Gulf Management is seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our Covington-based team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and develop strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract, engage, and hire top-tier candidates across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder with strong communication and organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to offer
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of tools and platforms
  • Post job openings and optimize listings to attract qualified talent
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
  • Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process

Recruitment Strategy & Partnership

  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Create and refine job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and company culture
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection

Operations & Administration

  • Schedule interviews and manage recruiting logistics
  • Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics and hiring effectiveness
  • Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • High level of initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail
