This is a contingent, temp-to-hire role built for someone who is sharp, fast on their feet, and genuinely passionate about helping people find their next opportunity. You do not need a recruiting background. You need drive, a learner's mindset, and the ability to juggle five things without dropping any of them.

Recruiting Coordinator Duties
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews
- Onboard new candidates and prepare them for assignments
- Manage inbound calls and emails with a high level of responsiveness
- Support the recruiting team to ensure client satisfaction and fill times
- Prioritize multiple open roles and competing deadlines simultaneously
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: $21.00- $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Recruiting Coordinator Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
