Recruiting Coordinator

Description

Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities for assigned positions.

Manage job postings across internal and external recruiting platforms.

Review and process applications, ensuring candidate information is complete and accurate.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Arrange candidate travel and accommodations when required.

Maintain recruiting calendars and assist with workforce planning activities.

Support temporary staffing and contingent workforce needs as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Ability to build effective working relationships with leaders, employees, candidates, and external partners

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, CA.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
