    Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Coordinator

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented recruiting professional to support talent acquisition and sourcing initiatives by developing recruitment strategies, attracting qualified candidates, and managing the candidate selection process. This role serves as a key liaison between hiring teams, applicants, and external recruiting partners to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful hiring outcomes.


    Key Responsibilities

    Sourcing & Recruitment Strategy

    Develop and administer sourcing strategies to identify and recruit qualified candidates for current and future openings. Ensure all positions are appropriately posted internally and externally in accordance with company policies and hiring procedures. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting plans. Participate in recruiting programs and initiatives designed to attract top talent.

    Candidate Sourcing & Relationship Management

    Maintain relationships with recruiting sources, including:
    • Temporary staffing agencies
    • Placement offices
    • Educational institutions
    • Outreach and community recruiting programs
    Serve as a liaison to external sourcing contacts and recruiting partners. Coordinate advertising and job postings with vendors while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines. Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

    Candidate Screening & Selection

    Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone and/or in-person interviews. Refer qualified candidates to hiring managers and next-stage interviewers. Support and participate in candidate assessment, testing, and interview processes. Train hiring personnel on effective screening, interviewing, and selection practices.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Experience coordinating job postings, advertising, and recruiting events.
    • Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and compliance requirements.
