NowHiring: Recruiting Coordinator

Benore LogisticSystems is seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedRecruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisitionteam. In this role, you will provide essential administrative andclerical supportfor our Non-Driver Recruiting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsiblefor general administrative duties such as data entry,copying, filing, assisting employees, and otheradministrative tasks as determined by thedepartment.
  • Following theestablished process, accurately and timely processes andapproves time off requests foremployees.
  • Administer allaspects of the attendance policy, including monitoring andreporting of attendance occurrences.
  • Conducts variousaudits forthe Human Resources Department and providesrecommendations for corrective actions asneeded.
  • As assigned, runsdepartment reports and provides a summary of data.
  • May perform otherclericalfunctions such as scanning, prepares newAssociatefiles, processes mail, and acts as back-up forthe receptionistwhen absent.
  • Required to attendand complete all company development, safety, and compliancetraining.
  • Required to adhereto all BLS policies, procedures, DOT, and OSHA safety rules andregulations.
  • Strict adherenceto C-TPAT best practices.
  • Follows allworkplace processes and standards in support of theISO-9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 45001 Qualitycertification programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • One yearcertificatefrom college or technical school; or two years ofrelated experience and/or training; or equivalent combinationof education and experience in a business environment. SHRM orPHR certification is preferred.
  • Must be proficientwith Microsoft Office365 i.e.; Excel, Word, PowerPoint,SharePoint, Teams,and OneDrive.
  • Must be able tomultitask and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Must have strongwork ethic, and reputation for the highest degree of integrityand mature business judgment.
  • Must haveexcellent organizational skillsand attention to detail.
  • Class D driver'slicense is required and candidate must be eligible to be insuredunder the applicable Company Motor Vehicle Insurancepolicies.
