Recruiting Coordinator
Type: Contract
Location: Groton, CT
Pay Rate: $27/hr.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to provide full-spectrum administrative support for our recruitment and onboarding processes. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless experience for potential candidates, from the moment they apply to their integration into the Electric Boat team.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to new-hire status.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage interview logistics, collaborating with administrative assistants across departments.
- Assist our recruitment team in monitoring candidate activity and compiling reports via our ATS.
- Confirm the accuracy of new hire data and coordinate with the Payroll team for timely processing. Ensure data integrity post-transfer.
- Execute various administrative duties: manage mail traffic (incoming/outgoing), organize meetings, set up video conferences, etc.
- Champion new hire and onboarding procedures: schedule inductions, manage communications with respective departments, etc.
- Undertake any other relevant tasks to assist the HR team in day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially iCIMS.
