Recruiting Coordinator

Type: Contract

We are looking for a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to provide full-spectrum administrative support for our recruitment and onboarding processes. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless experience for potential candidates, from the moment they apply to their integration into the client team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitate full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to new-hire status.
  2. Schedule, coordinate, and manage interview logistics, collaborating with administrative assistants across departments.
  3. Assist our recruitment team in monitoring candidate activity and compiling reports via our ATS.
  4. Confirm the accuracy of new hire data and coordinate with the Payroll team for timely processing. Ensure data integrity post-transfer.
  5. Execute various administrative duties: manage mail traffic (incoming/outgoing), organize meetings, set up video conferences, etc.
  6. Champion new hire and onboarding procedures: schedule inductions, manage communications with respective departments, etc.
  7. Undertake any other relevant tasks to assist the HR team in day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially iCIMS.
