Human Resources Recruiting Support
Under limited supervision and established policies, procedures, and customary practices, provides support to the Human Resources Recruiting Department. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented withoutstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high volume recruiting environment. In this position you will help facilitate a first-class candidate experience throughout the recruiting, hiring and on-boarding process and effectively utilize various systems and tools to identify, attract, engage, and hire quality candidates.

This role will work under the direction of the Recruiting Manager and will align and coordinate activities with other HR functions both locally and regionally.
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment with minimal exposure to safety or health hazards. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk, and may occasionally lift items (overhead and at waist level) from the floor, bend, and perform tasks requiring frequent near vision, such as reading and using a computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
Occasional travel to other Company offices or field locations may be required, including remote sites under normal operating conditions (day or night, in outdoor hot or cold weather). While in these environments, the employee is expected to properly use designated personal protective equipment (PPE).
