Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join their talent acquisition team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume coordination role supporting two recruiters and partnering with a large team of recruiting coordinators. The ideal candidate is someone who can hit the ground running, thrives in a dynamic environment, and has exceptional scheduling and communication skills.

A leading global alternative investment manager that provides investment solutions across private credit, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and secondary investments.

Description

  • Coordinate a high volume of interviews, across multiple business groups.
  • Manage complex interview logistics, including onsite and virtual interviews.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, conference room bookings, and interview logistics.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, Executive Assistants, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless interview experience.
  • Handle frequent scheduling changes and shifting priorities with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication, acknowledging requests promptly and proactively managing expectations regarding timelines.
  • Ensure all interview details are accurate and delivered on time while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively with a large recruiting coordination team to support hiring initiatives.

Profile

  • 1-2 years of Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or high-volume scheduling experience.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and coordinating a high volume of interviews.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience within the financial services industry is preferred but not required.
  • Someone who can quickly become productive with minimal training.
  • A strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Excellent follow-through and proactive communication.
  • The ability to juggle multiple competing priorities while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support a collaborative recruiting team.
