Recruiting Coordinator

Corvid Technologies is adding a Recruiting Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition functions across the organization. In this role, you will develop an understanding of the Talent Acquisition & Management process while providing administrative support to a variety of tasks related to recruiting. This position will help coordinate on-site interviews, review and disposition applications, assist with employment offers, documentation, and provide administrative support throughout the recruiting process. This unique opportunity will expose the right candidate to a variety of career paths, from recruiting & HR to business operations as it relates to the Defense Industry. Typical tasks will include:Reviewing and dispositioning candidates for technical openingsScheduling onsite interviews with candidatesResponding to candidate and hiring manager recruiting inquiriesSupport sourcing efforts using ATS and available job boardsCoordinating summer intern program - including technical presentations, social events and more RequirementsCandidate must be a US CitizenPosition requires at least a High School Diploma (preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field) Experience with MS Office Demonstrated communication skills are required (both verbal and written) Experience in a sales position or high-end customer service position is preferredAbout CorvidCorvid Technologies is an engineering firm specializing in using high-fidelity, computational modeling and simulation to analyze, design and manufacture products for aerospace, DoD, and commercial customers.
