W2Location: New York, NYSummaryThis is a great Temp assignment to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic Human Resources team that is constantly innovating and striving to positively impact the people of Ares.This assignment will sit within the Recruiting Operations team and will partner closely with the recruiting and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional hiring experience for candidates across open roles. As a Temp Recruiting Coordinator, you will help manage interview scheduling, candidate travel and meet and greets to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.The successful Temp will possess a high level of professionalism, will be confident, energetic, and passionate. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and should have the ability to manage a high volume of interview scheduling and reporting on a real time basis. The ideal Temp should have experience working in an applicant tracking system and an understanding of the recruitment workflow.Reporting RelationshipsReports to: Recruiting Operations LeadAssignment DurationJune 2026 – August 2026 (3 months)Primary Functions and Essential ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:Schedule and coordinate all logistics of an onsite, phone, and virtual interview across multiple time zones and locations including complex scheduling and meeting room booking.Coordinate candidate travel and manage the candidate expense reimbursement process.Meet, greet and guide candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Collect feedback from interviewers and consolidate it for evaluation and decision making.Maintain applicant tracker to track applicant progress and provide requested reports to Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders.Assist the Talent Operations Team with special projects as needed.Prepare functional reports for Hiring Manager calls.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's Degree required (Any specialization)Experience Required:2-5 years of work experience as an administrator or coordinator, preferably within RecruitmentPrior experience with Workday preferredGeneral Requirements:Strong attention to detail, highly organized and process-drivenDemonstrated ability to be flexible and assist with whatever is neededAbility to maintain confidential information in compliance with HR & Firm policiesExcellent communication skills and a strong team orientationA demonstrated ability to research and leverage available resources to accomplish the task at handA self-starter with excellent multi-tasking capabilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
