Description The One Medical RC team within Amazon.com is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (RC) to join our team! The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon. This candidate will be highly organized, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Responsibilities: - Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates - Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires - Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email - Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report - Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials - Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency - Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed Key job responsibilities Interview scheduling: Arranging interviews and phone screens between candidates and hiring managers, including travel arrangements when necessary. Database management: Updating and maintaining candidate records in the company's recruiting systems. Candidate communication: Providing regular updates to candidates about their application status. Reporting: Tracking recruiting activities and preparing weekly status reports on candidates. Post-interview coordination: Organizing and facilitating post-interview debrief meetings, as well as providing necessary materials for these meetings. Process improvement: Identifying and suggesting ways to enhance the candidate experience and Basic Qualifications - 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint - Experience using productivity and communications tools including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word - Experience scheduling in Greenhouse Recruiting Preferred Qualifications - Degree or diploma in HR or any related field - Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment - Experience with technical tracking systems / softwares (like ATS) - Healthcare recruiting experience Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
