Recruiting Coordinator
$21-$25 an hour | Fully Onsite | Temporary (Potential to Extend)
Tews Company is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator on behalf of our client, a well-established organization with a strong company culture and growing team. This fully onsite opportunity is a temporary role with the potential to extend.
In this role, youll support the clients Talent Acquisition team with critical administrative and coordination tasks that ensure a smooth recruiting process. If youre detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build your experience in HR or recruiting, this could be a great fit for you!
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate records and track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Post job openings to internal and external job boards
Assist with candidate outreach, screening, and onboarding coordination
Ensure a professional and timely candidate experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
12 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with applicant tracking systems (Paycom is a plus)
Fully onsite during regular business hours
Contract role with the potential to be extended
Occasional travel to local or regional locations may be required
