Recruiting Coordinator

Payrate: $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
 
Summary:
This position contributes to the work group by supporting two recruiters in the Athens, GA facility, focusing on production hiring and managing the post-offer process. The role offers the opportunity to work with a great team, influence outcomes, engage with candidates, and potentially build skills in various areas of recruiting.
 
Responsibilities

• Support recruiters with phone calls, Teams messages, meetings, scheduling, and emails.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to complete tasks with precision and accuracy.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and embracing change.
• Focus: Strong ability to stay on task and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Relationship Management: Skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships.

 
Qualifications

• 3-4 years of recruitment/human resources experience, with volume hiring experience.
• Experience managing a delivery organization with 5 or more resources is advantageous.
• Minimum education requirement: High School or Associates Degree.

 
Skills

• Experience with Workday Recruiting.
• Experience in recruiting, human resources, or marketing.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience managing calendars and scheduling events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications used in recruitment.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivation and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Effective communication.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $21.00 - $22.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
