About the Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, youll operate at the center of our hiring workflow, running structured interviews and ensuring consistency across a high-volume pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on repeatable processes and takes pride in executing the same task at a high level, every time. Most of your day will be spent conducting short, structured interviews and documenting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Run structured 15-minute video interviews across a high-volume pipeline
• Apply standardized evaluation criteria consistently
• Capture clean, accurate notes for every interaction
• Maintain strong process discipline across all interviews
• Ensure candidates move through stages without delays

Requirements

• Highly detail-oriented with strong process adherence
• Clear communicator with a professional presence
• Comfortable with repetition and structured workflows
• Reliable and consistent across large volumes of work
• 30+ hours/week availability
