Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and post job opening as needed. 
  • Assist in scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate documentation of candidate progress.
  • Prepare and facilitate offers to candidates for hire.
  • Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience using ATS platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to foster connections with candidates and internal stakeholders.
