LHH is partnering with a growing client in Winston-Salem searching for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis! This role will provide administrative support to the team of Recruiters. This will be a 2-5 month contract and will be onsite M-F 8-5 paying $20-25/hr. depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to HR Manager, Sr. Recruiter and Recruiters
Assist with:
Scheduling interviews
Sourcing candidates for open requisitions
Posting open reqs. to job boards
Tracking new hire documentation
Assist HR Assistant with creating new hire packets
Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting an HR/Recruiting team with administrative functions
Experience using Dayforce and/or UKG a plus
Must be detail-oriented, adaptable, a strong multi-tasker, and have a positive attitude
