Summary:
The Recruiting Intern will support the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. This role provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, administrative coordination, and HR operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Review resumes and screen candidates to identify qualified applicants.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate records.
• Support onboarding efforts including preparing new hire paperwork and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
• Assist with job posting creation and updates across multiple platforms.
• Participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and outreach initiatives as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and recruiting team.
• Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous internship or administrative experience is a plus but not required. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
