We're looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead and innovate physician recruiting strategies across multiple specialty divisions. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll mentor recruiters, optimize pipelines, and leverage technology to drive measurable growth in physician placements. Design and execute physician-focused recruiting strategies to improve fill rates and recruiter performance.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years in staffing (locum tenens or staffing industry preferred).

Proven success as a top producer with full lifecycle recruiting experience.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Tech-savvy with CRM/ATS expertise and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
