The Recruiting Manager provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to the recruiting team and support staff who provide recruiting support to hiring managers across the Complex.
Job Responsibilities
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff
Oversees the daily workflow of the department
Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy
Responsible for the recruiting cycle for all hourly and salaried positions for the entire Complex
Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates
Manages the recruiting team
Works closely with managers in all departments to determine staffing needs and coordinate hiring initiatives
Performs other related duties as assigned
