MMC Group is looking for an experienced, high-energy Recruitment Manager to lead our growing Non-Technical Recruiting team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoys balancing team leadership with personal recruiting success.
As Recruitment Manager, you will lead a team of recruiters while maintaining your own recruiting desk. You will coach, mentor, and develop recruiting professionals, drive recruiting performance, build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and clients, and help deliver exceptional talent solutions across a wide range of industries.

What You'll Do
Leadership & Recruiting Operations
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of high-volume non-technical recruiters while maintaining an active full-cycle recruiting desk.
- Lead by example through personal recruiting production, professionalism, urgency, and accountability.
- Conduct daily recruiting meetings to review open requisitions, hiring priorities, production metrics, recruiting strategies, and pipeline health.
- Hold regular one-on-one coaching sessions to review performance, provide development opportunities, and establish action plans for continuous improvement.
- Establish clear productivity expectations and hold recruiters accountable for activity metrics, candidate quality, submittals, interviews, offers, starts, fill-ratios, time-to-fill, and overall performance.
- Monitor individual and team recruiting metrics, analyze performance trends, and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions while assisting recruiters in overcoming hiring challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company recruiting standards, applicant tracking system documentation requirements, client service level agreements, and internal policies.
- Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Account Managers, Operations, and clients to understand hiring priorities and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and develop recruiting team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, implement best practices, and leverage recruiting technology and AI tools to increase efficiency and hiring success.
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Recruit for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions across customer service, administrative, clerical, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare support, and other non-technical disciplines.
- Source candidates using multiple recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, internal databases, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Present qualified candidates to Account Managers and clients.
- Coordinate interviews, extend offers, facilitate pre-employment requirements, and manage candidates through onboarding and start.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience within a staffing agency.
- At least 2 years of leadership or management experience overseeing recruiters.
- Proven success managing high-volume recruiting teams while maintaining personal recruiting production.
- Experience recruiting for administrative, customer service, clerical, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare support, professional, or other non-technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience working with VMS/MSP clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruiting metrics to drive performance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
