Leads the development and execution of a scalable, data-driven technology recruiting strategy to deliver high-quality talent in a highly competitive market. Partners consultatively with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs and design innovative recruiting solutions, with a strong focus on advancing sourcing capabilities through creative, non-traditional strategies and proactive talent pipelining. Drives continuous improvement across recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience by leveraging market intelligence, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled platforms. Ensures consistent, high-quality talent delivery through disciplined execution, operational excellence, and alignment to business priorities. Ideal candidates bring proven talent acquisition leadership experience with a track record of delivering results through innovative recruiting strategies. Experience supporting Technology talent is preferred. Strong PowerPoint, process design, and executive presentation skills are highly valued.
