Job Title: Recruiting & Onboarding Assistant (Bilingual)

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Recruiting & Onboarding Assistant to support our recruiting team in a high-volume work environment. In this role, you will act as a key administrative anchor, assisting our team with vital backend logistics and seamlessly transitioning selected candidates into the company. Responsibilities include managing the registration and logistics for orientation sessions, assisting recruiters with the collection and verification of compliant new hire paperwork, and coordinating directly with incoming employees to ensure they are fully prepared for their first day. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

  • Language: Native or professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR support, administrative, or customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace (specifically Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential data securely.
