    • Prepare payroll and timekeeping exceptions for the Office Manager to review
    • Maintain weekly recruitment and on-boarding numbers
    • Help with phones and general office support as needed

You may be a great fit if you:

    • Communicate warmly and professionally by phone, text and email

    • Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills
    • Excellent organization and attention to detail
    • Comfortable using applicant tracking, payroll/HR and everyday computer systems
    • Experience with home-care software is helpful, but not required
    • Able to handle confidential employee information appropriately
    • Reliable, dependable and able to follow through without constant supervision
    • Able to complete all required employment screening and training

    What success looks like

Strong applicants receive a quick, professional response and don't get lost in the hiring process. New hires move efficiently from application to interview, offer, screening, documentation, orientation and training.
