Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently

Interview and screen qualified candidates for construction and skilled trades opportunities

Coordinate candidate onboarding and maintain accurate employee records

Support daily office and operational functions

Maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients

Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings, resume review, and candidate sourcing

Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring procedures

Provide administrative support to management as needed
Qualifications
