Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Recruiting Program Manager III to support large-scale internal hiring initiatives. This role will focus on managing high-volume candidate pipelines, coordinating hiring processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering with multiple stakeholders.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong ownership, and can effectively manage recruiting operations at scale.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline (up to 70–80 roles)
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal candidates
- Conduct initial screening and resume reviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, hiring loops, and debriefs
- Maintain and track candidate lifecycle data and pipeline metrics
- Build and manage reporting dashboards for hiring visibility
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Teams to drive hiring progress
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Manage calendar coordination, communications, and documentation
- Support offer handoff process for selected candidates
Must-Have Skills:- 8+ years of experience in recruiting, program management, or related field
- Strong experience in high-volume hiring / pipeline management
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with candidate tracking systems and reporting metrics
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication and coordination skills
