Role Overview
This is an opportunity to join a new, emerging business in transportation. We are a startup team seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, analytical, and customer-obsessed individual to support internal transfer interest, vetting, pipeline management, and interview scheduling for our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be excited to support launching a new program from its beginning and will have familiarity with recruiting top talent who lead sales generation with customers of all sizes.

Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Requires at least 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $70.00 per hour. Contract employees are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and our 401(k) plan. Employees are eligible for paid sick leave and other paid leave as required by state or local law.
