Recruiting Sourcer Contractor: 3-5 years (Intermediate)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer to join our client's team in the tech consulting sector. In this role, you will contribute to identifying and engaging potential candidates, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, and collaborating with recruiters to understand role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates to gauge interest and fit for open positions.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and provide suitable candidates.
• Track and document sourcing activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting with a technology range or IT recruiting/sourcing experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a sourcing role.
• Proven ability to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a technology consulting environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
