The organization supports commercial and industrial facilities with integrated HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, process piping, and building automation solutions, offering in-house engineering, fabrication, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and service capabilities.

Position: Recruiter Sourcer

Location: Fully remote; candidates must be located in the Pasadena, CA area

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $27-$33 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to support sourcing, outreach, candidate pipeline development, and recruiting coordination for a growing organization in the engineering, construction, technical, and corporate services space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying talent, building relationships, and supporting hiring teams in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·Conduct proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other recruiting tools to identify qualified candidates.

·Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

·Perform initial candidate outreach through messaging, email, and networking efforts.

·Review resumes and profiles to assess alignment with role requirements.

·Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.

·Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

·Track sourcing activity and pipeline progress to support recruiting metrics and reporting.

·Research industry trends, talent markets, and competitor organizations to identify talent pools.

·Support employer branding efforts by promoting opportunities and engaging passive candidates.
