The Recruiting Specialist, Early Careers is responsible for executing Murphy USA's early-career talent strategy through university partnerships, campus recruiting initiatives and Analyst Development Program hiring. This role serves as the primary ambassador for Murphy USA on college campuses, cultivating relationships with key university stakeholders, elevating our employer brand and attracting top emerging talent to develop early career talent pipelines.
In addition, the position provides proactive sourcing support across the broader Talent Acquisition function, developing talent pipelines for critical roles and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and strong hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
University Relations & Campus Recruiting
Plan and attend university career fairs, campus events, information sessions, networking opportunities, etc.
Analyst Development Program Recruitment
Candidate Sourcing & Recruiting Support
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
