This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting, primarily for hourly and skilled trades positions. The Recruiter partners with hiring managers to define job requirements, attract candidates, and guide them through the hiring process while aligning recruitment efforts with company culture. This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on sourcing and hiring talent, optimizing recruiting processes, and partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading intake meetings, creating job descriptions, and developing screening strategies
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates using ATS, job boards, referrals, and events
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both hourly and salaried roles
- Evaluating candidates and making hiring recommendations
- Building relationships with external talent sources (agencies, universities, etc.)
- Improving recruiting processes, tools, and systems based on market feedback
- Supporting HR policy development and ensuring compliance
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3+ years of recruiting experience
- Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work flexible hours
