Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a leading professional services and technology organization seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support the identification, engagement, and assessment of top technical and consulting talent. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building candidate relationships, working in a metrics-driven environment, and contributing to high-volume hiring initiatives.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive outreach to prospective candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and resources.
• Engage with external candidates and build relationships throughout the recruiting process.
• Conduct phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate activity and recruiting records within applicant tracking and recruiting systems.
• Partner closely with full-cycle recruiters to coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Support the recruiting process through submittals, interviews, offers, and hires.
• Consistently meet established recruiting activity and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and recruiting partners across multiple business units.
• Maintain a high level of candidate service and communication throughout the recruiting process.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• 2+ years of professional recruiting experience, including sourcing and assessing candidates for high-demand positions
• Experience recruiting within a Department of Defense (DoD) or government contracting environment.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates who require security clearances.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing recruiting environment.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and effectively prioritize competing recruiting needs.
• 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT or technical positions.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong ability to provide consistent, high-quality service across multiple teams or business units.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• High school diploma or GED required.

This job is Fully Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $32.68 to $32.68
